Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential within the Pestrid website for use by the owner of Pestrid only. This information is used for internal functions.

We do not share personal information with any third parties. Any outsourced contractor adheres to protecting personal information.

Prices

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST and exclude courier charges.

We reserve the right to increase prices or to introduce new prices on our products and services at any time.

Payment

Orders can be processed by NZ credit card, bank deposit or cheque.

Once you place an order we will email you a copy of the order and instructions for payment if you are paying either by cheque or bank deposit.

Credit card transactions are processed by the secure Paymate online server.  Please see here for more information www.paymate.com

All other information collected during transactions is deleted from our database once payment processes are completed.
Information from these transactions is not released to any third parties what so ever.

Pestrid does not keep copies of credit card information on its servers at all.

Delivery Information

Courier Charge is $8.00 per order for deliveries within NZ.

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as a guideline only.

If a product is in stock we will aim to send it out to you within 2 to 3 working days of receiving payment. It maybe longer to the South Island.

Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

If an item is not currently stocked, you will be sent an email stating a possible delivery date.

If we cannot deliver your order within 21 days we will notify you by email and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Pestrid NZ cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, courier or any other third party.

Should you not receive your courier package within 3 to 5 working days please contact us at sales@pestrid.co.nz.

Warranty

Photos depicted are a guideline only.

We do not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes.

We do not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error free, or that the network or the server which stores and delivers the website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components. By accessing the website you agree that Pestrid will not be liable as a result of any error, virus or other harmful component.

Mailing lists

Pestrid may maintain subscription mailing lists. The newsletter is on a completely opt in or opt out basis and your e-mail address is not passed on to any third party agencies.
